Background:

The Luxe Developers has officially commenced construction on La Mazzoni, a US$626.3 million wellness-integrated luxury development located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, marking another major milestone in the emirate’s growing real estate landscape.

La Mazzoni is The Luxe Developers’ second project on Al Marjan Island, after Oceano, which will be completed in 2026.

Scheduled for completion in Q3 2028, the project will include 562 fully furnished residences, such as apartments, duplexes, chalets, and penthouses. The homes offer resort-style living with modern, natural designs.

The project’s architecture is being designed by Dewan Architects + Engineers, with Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) handling the interior design and Cracknell overseeing the landscaping. The design takes inspiration from Ras Al Khaimah’s natural surroundings, particularly its coastline and mountains. Soft curves in the building façade are intended to reflect the meeting of land and sea.

Covering a built-up area of more than 1.5 million square feet, the G+15 development will include over 300,000 square feet of landscaped open spaces. Residents will have access to a wide range of wellness facilities, both indoor and outdoor, spanning more than 11,000 square feet, along with a rooftop infinity pool that offers views across the Arabian Gulf. The development is just a short distance from the new Wynn resort on Al Marjan Island.

At the groundbreaking, Shubam Aggarwal said La Mazzoni will bring long-term value and support the community, offering wellness-focused, sustainable homes.

Siddharta Banerji added it is designed for comfort with nature-inspired design, smart features, and top amenities.

The development will include swimming pools, a wellness spa, yoga areas, workspaces, kids’ zones, and round-the-clock security for a safe, contemporary community.
