Dubai-based developer Seven Tides has appointed UAE-based DUTCO Construction as the main contractor for its Golf Views Seven City JLT project in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The appointment marks a key step forward in the delivery of the large mixed-use development.

Ghanim Bin Sulayem, Director of Operations at Seven Tides, said DUTCO Construction brings decades of experience to the project. He noted that the company began operations in the UAE in the 1970s and has built a strong reputation through work on several high-profile developments. He added that DUTCO has already started mobilising staff for site preparation, with the workforce expected to reach up to 2,000 people at peak construction.

Golf Views Seven City JLT is located in Cluster Z of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, within the DMCC free zone. The project sits opposite the Montgomery and Emirates golf courses and is close to the Emirates Hills community. It also offers convenient access to Dubai’s main highway network and the Metro system.

The development will span a total built-up area of up to 3.5 million square feet and rise across 39 floors. It will include a total of 2,697 units, with the residential component accounting for 2,621 apartments. They will include studio units and one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.

The project will include about 150,000 square feet of retail space and various dining options. Designed to support active and social living, the development will offer extensive wellness facilities. These include a fully equipped gym, jogging tracks, community sports areas, and a rooftop deck with two swimming pools, a children’s pool, and an additional pool on the first floor.

Three landscaped terraces on selected floors will provide views of Dubai Marina’s skyline and the neighbouring golf courses, adding to the project’s appeal.
