Alpago Design & Build Raises Luxury Construction Standards with Curve DiLusso

Background:

Alpago Group has launched its latest ultra-luxury residential project, the Curve DiLusso, a beachfront villa valued at US $25.9 million, located on the prestigious Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

Developed by Alpago Design & Build, the luxury real estate arm of the group, the villa reflects the company’s focus on refined craftsmanship, architectural detail and bespoke living experiences in one of Dubai’s most sought-after destinations.

A main feature of Curve DiLusso is its three-level marble wall, made from hundreds of carefully placed pieces. The marble wall is the villa’s centerpiece. The interiors use porcelain tiles, oak flooring, and stone details, creating a calm, elegant home.

Commenting on the launch, Syed Azeem Mehroz, Group CEO and CFO of Alpago Group, said the villa represents the company’s design philosophy. “Curve DiLusso reflects our approach to purposeful luxury, where excellence is a standard. It is more than a home, it is a living sculpture that celebrates craftsmanship, detail and timeless design,” he said.

The villa spans 7,496 square feet across three levels. The villa has a super master bedroom on the second floor, other master bedrooms, guest suites, a cinema, gym, and large living and dining areas that open to the outdoors. A spiral staircase connects the floors, and large windows offer light and beach views.  Curve DiLusso is Alpago Design & Build’s latest luxury project in Dubai.

Previous developments by the company include Sole Mare, Vivid Walls Apartment, The Curved Mansion, and Ethereal Enclave.
